Volkswagen has “expanded and enhanced” its Polo Vivo range with the special-edition Vivo Street and upgraded the Vivo GT’s exterior and interior features.
Polo Vivo Street
The Street, in hatchback shell only, has a 63kW 1.4-litre engine and a model-specific interior and exterior which include silver external mirrors, 15” alloy rims, suspension dropped by 7mm, silver stripes on the bonnet, roof and lower doors; grey stitching on the leather-wrapped steering wheel, gear-shifter lever and gaiter, and special seat trim.
VW SA has priced the Polo Vivo Street at R159 900 (VAT and emissions tax included).
Polo Vivo GT enhancement
The Polo Vivo GT has shed its 15” alloy rims for 16” Rivazza (check the imaged) alloys as well and the upholstery design has changed.
There’s also a new Style package…
…offered only on the 1.4 63kW Trendline, 1.6 77kW Trendline (sedan) and 1.6 77kW Comfortline includes 15” Riverside alloy rims, leather upholstery (including steering-wheel and gear shifter), cruise control and chromed strip rings on the instrument cluster, ventilation and switches.
The Style package adds R13 000 to the 1.4 63kW Trendline and 1.6 77kW Trendline or R9100 for the 1.6 77kW Comfortline.
Four new colours…
…have been added into the whole Polo Vivo range – they’re called Sunset Red metallic, Blue Silk metallic, Pepper Grey metallic and Honey Orange (exclusively available with the Polo Vivo Maxx).
