F1 legend Lauda out of hospital after lung transplant

VIENNA, Austria – Formula 1 legend Niki Lauda (69) has left Vienna’s General Hospital and is in ”good general condition” more than two months after a six-hour lung transplant.

The Austrian motor racing legend’s condition was described as “extremely critical” at the time of the surgery.

The hospital said he will undergo ”several weeks” of intensive rehabilitation.
