LONDON, England – Suzuki Britain has been ranked as the best car brand in the Institute of Customer Service’s UK Customer Satisfaction Index for January 2019.
A national measure of sentiment across the country, asked 45 000 people to rate their experiences of dealing with nearly 260 companies across 13 sectors – one of them the auto industry.
With an improved overall index score of 83 (81.5 the previous year) elevated Suzuki by 29 places to 15th across the 259 companies measured and to first among automakers listed.

The average Automotive CSI score was 78.9, so Suzuki was way ahead. It was also Suzuki’s best result since the first such satisfaction barometer in 2008.
Suzuki customers voted their dealers as ”easiest and open people to deal with”; it was also ”the highest trusted brand with a score of 8.6 out of a possible 10” and ”most likely to remain loyal to the brand” scored 8.5 out of 10.
Nobuo Suyama, Suzuki GB’s MD, told The Corner in a media release: “We are very proud of our achievement. Continuing to evolve the Suzuki customer experience has been a core focus – the ongoing efforts have paid off.”
